Experion Developers has announced the elevation of Vaibhav Kumar Shivhare as COO-Operations, reinforcing the company's leadership structure as it continues to strengthen operational excellence across its projects.
Operational Scope and Responsibilities
In his new role, Vaibhav will be responsible for leading the company's operations across project planning, execution and delivery. He will oversee strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies, strengthening execution capabilities, driving process excellence and fostering greater integration across functions to support the company's long-term growth objectives.
His role involves key areas such as Contracts Planning & Budgeting, Sustainability, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), MEP, and Horticulture, and their integration to support company objectives.
Track Record and Background
Vaibhav has been with Experion Developers since March 2022 as Senior Vice President, following a tenure as Senior Vice President—Projects at DLF Limited from May 2021 to March 2022. He has held multiple leadership roles at Experion Developers since 2012, including Project Head for the premium group housing project "Windchants" in Gurgaon.
His prior experience includes serving as General Manager at TATA Housing and Development Co. and handling various residential projects across India. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology and advanced degrees in Construction Management and Economics & Finance in Business from the National Institute of Construction Management & Research and the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, respectively.
