Experion outlines ₹10,000 crore plan for 3,000 homes and plots

Experion plans ₹10,000 crore investment across its portfolio

Experion Developers announced on October 6, 2026, that it plans to invest ₹10,000 crore over the next five years to develop and deliver about 3,000 homes and plots. The investment is intended for projects across the company’s luxury and ultra-luxury portfolio.

Roughly two-thirds of the planned pipeline is in the National Capital Region. The rest is planned across Amritsar, Lucknow and Goa, extending the programme beyond the company’s largest regional concentration.

The details

The proposed investment covers land, approvals and construction. Experion’s portfolio includes premium-luxury apartments and ultra-luxury residences, alongside plots. The company said the programme follows delivery of more than 2,000 homes and plots in the five years before the announcement.

Experion described health, well-being and responsible construction as considerations shaping the pipeline. Priyamvada Navet, the company’s Deputy CEO, said wellness is a non-negotiable element of its approach. Planned features and design measures include:

  • Mechanically ventilated fresh-air systems and filtration in ultra-luxury homes.
  • Treated water at the point of use, low-VOC paints and energy-efficient heat pumps.
  • Attention to adhesives and finishes, as well as acoustic detailing.
  • Layouts and fenestration oriented to make use of daylight.
  • Landscaping that prioritises native planting, tree cover and shaded walking loops.

The company also said it is reworking ultra-luxury clubhouse programming around movement, recovery, sleep and nutrition. These measures form part of the design and lifestyle approach it has outlined for the wider portfolio.

The developer

Experion Developers is the Indian real-estate platform of Singapore-headquartered AT Capital Group. The company said it had delivered more than 2,000 homes and plots during the five years leading up to its October 2026 announcement. Its new investment plan is framed around a larger pipeline of about 3,000 homes and plots over the next five years.

What comes next

Experion plans to develop and deliver the portfolio over the five-year period following the announcement. The stated programme spans the NCR, Amritsar, Lucknow and Goa, with investment allocated across land, approvals and construction.
