RERA Approval Clears Path for Experion SAATORI Launch

Experion Developers' luxury residential development in Sector 151 on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway received its RERA registration in January 2026. The project is registered under RERA with number UPRERAPRJ747628/01/2026, a formal milestone that enables the developer to proceed with public sales and marketing.

The project reached ₹1,800 crore in sales after its launch in April 2026, with approximately 400 units sold to buyers. The strong opening reflects sustained buyer confidence in the Noida–Greater Noida corridor, particularly as the Noida International Airport at Jewar opened on March 28, 2026.
